This policy applies to information submitted through this website or sent to the listed business contact addresses. It is not intended to govern information handled under a separate customer services agreement.
2. Information we may collect
Contact and proposal forms may collect a name, business email, company, job title, phone or WhatsApp number, city, country, company size, industry, technology context, service interests, project timing, optional budget range, and a non-sensitive description of requirements.
3. Information you must not submit
Do not submit passwords, private keys, firewall configuration files, patient information, protected health information, payment information, CNIC details, confidential customer data, or other secrets through this website. VeritySpan does not intentionally collect PHI through website forms.
4. Business purpose
Information is used to evaluate and respond to business inquiries, arrange consultations, prepare a possible scope or proposal, maintain reasonable inquiry records, protect the website, and meet applicable obligations.
5. Form providers and processors
A configured form or email delivery provider may process submissions on VeritySpan’s behalf. The provider, processing location, contract, security terms, and retention settings must be reviewed and added to this policy before production launch.
6. Analytics and cookies
Analytics are not enabled by default. If Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or another service is configured, the deployment owner must implement any required consent mechanism and update this policy before collecting data.
7. Retention
Business inquiry information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, legitimate business records, security, and applicable obligations. A production retention schedule must be approved before launch.
8. Security limitations
Reasonable measures may be used to protect website information, but no internet transmission or storage method is risk-free. This website is not an approved channel for secrets or regulated data.
9. International processing
Information may be processed in Pakistan and in locations used by approved service providers. International transfer requirements must be reviewed for the markets served and the providers selected.
10. Sharing and sale
VeritySpan does not intend to sell personal information. Information may be shared with approved providers, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary and permitted or required. Production language requires legal review.

Subject to applicable law, individuals may contact VeritySpan to ask about, correct, or request deletion of their inquiry information. Identity and legal exceptions may need to be assessed before a request is completed.
