1. Scope
This policy applies to information submitted through this website, sent to listed business contacts, or generated through first-party website interactions. Customer-service processing under a separate written agreement is outside this website policy.
2. Information we may collect
Forms may collect a name, business email, company, role, phone or WhatsApp number, city, country, organization size, locations, industry, technology context, service interest, support model, project timing, optional budget, compliance context, preferred contact method, consent choice, and a non-sensitive description of requirements.
3. Information you must not submit
Do not submit passwords, private keys, firewall configuration files, patient information, protected health information, payment information, CNIC details, customer-confidential data, or other secrets. VeritySpan does not intentionally collect PHI through website forms.
4. Purposes
Information may be used to evaluate and respond to inquiries, qualify assessment or partner opportunities, arrange consultations, prepare scope or proposals, maintain business records, prevent abuse, understand first-party campaign effectiveness, operate consented email sequences, and improve the website.
5. First-party attribution
The site may retain UTM values, campaign ID, referring site, first landing page, current landing page, and visit/conversion dates in first-party browser storage for up to 90 days. This information is attached to a form only when the visitor submits it. Form-field answers are not placed in analytics events.
6. Lead database, CRM, and processors
When configured, submissions may be processed by Supabase for lead records, Resend for email, HubSpot for qualified CRM records, or an approved automation webhook. These providers may process information outside Pakistan. Provider contracts, access, security, retention, and transfer requirements must be reviewed before production use.
7. Analytics and cookies
Optional Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Plausible scripts load only after an affirmative analytics choice when configured. Essential-only selection prevents those scripts from loading. Hosting infrastructure may still process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site.
8. Email confirmation and optional nurture
A transactional confirmation may be sent in response to an inquiry. Optional technical guidance is sent only when the separate marketing checkbox is selected. Every nurture message includes an unsubscribe link, and suppression is checked before scheduled delivery.
9. Retention
Lead and consent records should be retained only while reasonably needed for inquiry follow-up, an active commercial relationship, legitimate business records, security, and applicable obligations. A formal production retention schedule, deletion process, and backup treatment must be approved before launch.
10. International processing
Information may be processed in Pakistan and in locations used by approved service providers. Applicable transfer, notice, contractual, and data-location requirements must be reviewed for target markets and selected providers.
11. Sharing and sale
VeritySpan does not intend to sell personal information. Information may be shared with approved processors, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary and permitted or required. This statement requires legal review for the markets served.
12. Security and limitations
Reasonable technical and organizational measures may be used, but no internet transmission or storage method is risk-free. This website is not an approved channel for regulated data, customer evidence, credentials, or configuration files.
13. Your requests and unsubscribe
Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity checks, individuals may ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry information. Optional marketing can be stopped through the unsubscribe link or by contacting VeritySpan. Legal, security, and recordkeeping exceptions may apply.
